Reservation and Purchase Process

A reservation at Summerhill of Maplewood requires a $1,000 deposit. This deposit is fully refundable at any time or will apply towards your purchase when you elect to move forward. A specific residence is put on hold for ten days with this reservation deposit. If you have not made a decision within those ten days, your reservation gives you the first right of a refusal going forward. Please note this reservation does not guarantee pricing.

Once you are ready to move forward you will meet with a sales specialist to execute a subscription agreement. This agreement is an application for membership in the cooperative. Current pricing is guaranteed at this time.

Once the subscription agreement has been executed and the minimum share has been paid, any structural or electrical changes and interior selections can be implemented. Changes may be limited depending on the construction timeline. Please see a sales specialist for the deadlines for these changes or to answer any questions you may have concerning the purchase process.
